Can I pause my subscription if I do not need an appointment soon?

Yes, your subscription can be paused in three-monthly cycles as long as you are up to date with payments for historical appointments and medications. However, while your plan is paused, you will not receive a contribution toward medication, access to support, or reduced-cost blood tests.

What if I need more than four appointments a year?

We are happy to arrange extra appointments outside your subscription plan — just contact us and we will explain any additional costs.

Can I use my prescription in a high street pharmacy?

No. All plan medications are supplied through our in-house pharmacy only.

What if my card details change or a payment fails?

Please let us know immediately. Your subscription and medication supply will be paused until payments are up to date.

What happens if I move or travel abroad?

We can only post medications within the UK. Please contact us in advance if you are moving or travelling abroad to discuss options.

Can I use my own blood test provider?

Yes, but costs are not covered by the subscription plan. Providers must be UK-based and offer venous tests (not finger-prick). Copies of the results must show your name, date of birth, and test date. We are unable to accept screenshots from the NHS app or other providers.

Can I stay on this subscription plan if I am on testosterone or non-HRT treatments?

Yes. Email info@menopausecare.co.uk and we will confirm whether costs fall within your plan allowance.

Our annual subscriptions cost just £99 per month, and are structured into four three-month cycles. Each month’s payment contributes evenly toward up to one quarterly appointment, up to £90 contribution towards medication and other included benefits per quarter.

Over the course of the year, your twelve monthly payments of £99 cover four appointments, four medication allowances of £90 and other subscription benefits.
