About
Based in Norwich, Hannah is a menopause specialist with particular interests in surgical menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), premenstrual disorders and preventative medicine.
Medical expertise
I am an experienced menopause doctor and worked in the NHS for 14 years before specialising exclusively in female hormonal health. I qualified as a GP in 2016 and have also undertaken further training in gynaecology, sexual health, psychiatry, breast health, and lifestyle medicine (including plant-based nutrition). I am co-author of “The Complete Guide to POI & Early Menopause” (Sheldon Press, 2022).

“I live in Norfolk with my husband and our Maine Coon (Rupert) and rescue cat (Jeremy). I love the outdoors, yoga and hiking, and have recently discovered the joy of bouldering! I play the piano and enjoy writing. I am also a book lover, and drink copious amounts of tea.”
